Stevie WonderStevland Morris (ne Judkins, May 13, 1950) popularly referred to as Stevie Wonder is an American musician and singer. The singer-songwriter is frequently acknowledged as pioneers in a range of genres of music, such as rhythm and blues and soul, jazz, gospel, soul gospel and funk. Wonder was a band of one man, used synthesizers to create electronic music in the 1970s. This revolutionized the R&B genre. Wonder was also instrumental in the rise of genres like R&B in the era of albums. The albums of his were consistent and coherent as well as conscious social declarations that had complex music. Wonder was blind at the time of his birth, was signed by Motown's Tamla label aged 11. In the Tamla label, he was awarded the official title Little Stevie Wonder. Wonder's critical success was peaking during the 1970s. His "classic" period began in 1972 with Music of My Mind and Talking Book. The latter featured "Superstition" as the most well-known and famous example of the Hohner Clavinet keyboard sound. The Grammy Award for Album of the Years was awarded to Innervisions (1973) and Fulfillingness's First Finale (1974) and Fulfillingness's First Finale (1974), as well as Songs in the Key of Life (1976). He is tied for third place with the highest number of Album of the YEAR wins. Wonder is the only artist to have received the award for three consecutive albums. Wonder's "commercial period" began in the 1980s. He was a star with his biggest hit songs and highest fame, increased album sales, charities, and prominent collaborations.
